Orders ship free. Processing takes 2-5 business days, and delivery typically takes 6-10 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery

After processing, delivery usually takes 6-10 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives. International transit times can occasionally vary due to customs or carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, don't worry — international shipments don't always scan at every step of the journey. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 days, contact us at support@gamervinyls.com and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@gamervinyls.com as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order includes Shipping Protection and is lost or stolen in transit, we reship it free. Otherwise, contact us at support@gamervinyls.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
